Your Sora Choi jewellery comes with a 2 year warranty covering material defects and production faults from your date of purchase. The required is that you, as the consumer, have purchased the jewellery at the Sora Choi Online Shop. The Warranty provider is Sora Choi, Magnusstrasse 4, 8004 Zürich, Switzerland.
We will repair your Sora Choi jewellery within this 2 year warranty period following the date of purchase free of charge. If a repair is not possible or the repair deemed too expensive, we will exchange the jewellery against jewellery of equal value free of charge. It is essential that you include your purchase receipt when sending in your item/s. Please also include your e-mail address so that we can contact you in the event of queries. For reimbursement, please also include your bank details (which will of course be handled confidentially).
The warranty only covers damage that in the opinion of Sora Choi is not caused by accident or inappropriate use, ordinary wear and tear, modification, attempted repair, if the jewellery is damaged, for example during an accident or by failure to follow Sora Choi special product Care Advice. The Care Advice can be found under Customer Service at www.sora-choi.com at any time.
For your own security, we would like to point out that defective jewellery should be returned to us by registered mail or as a parcel with return receipt. We are unable to assume liability for damage, loss or theft during transport.
